USDA Flour Milling Products Report

Every quarter the National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) produces a report on flour milling products. The report details quarterly usage of wheat and rye for flour, production of flour, whole wheat flour, and millfeed, and 24-hour milling capacity by region and the U.S.
